Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading and slightly altered by Coffee, Books & Lipgloss

Basically a CBL TEASER TUESDAY works like this:
 
• Grab your current read
• Share 2 “teaser” sentences from a random page or a part you rather enjoyed and post it as a teaser.
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! Make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away; you don’t want to ruin the book for others! • As an option, you can give a short snippet of what you think so far... or not. That's optional.

Dean Jacobs is one of Milwaukee’s hottest eligible bachelors and in no mood to settle down, until she comes along. 

Evy, however, is focused on opening a new dessert bar with her sister but Dean won’t take no for an answer. 

She finally gives in to the want in her gut and - much to her surprise – discovers he isn’t the player she thought he was. 

Just when things turn into a fairytale sent from above, Dean’s past comes back to haunt him. The only question is: will it make them stronger, or rip them apart?

“He likes you, Evy,” Brooke moaned. “The least you could do is let him eat you out.”

“I really like what you’ve done with…” the milk man trailed off, coming back up front with his empty dolly, “the place.” He cleared his throat. “If you ever need any help…changing a light bulb or anything, I’m always around.”

They stared at him with blank expressions. He stretched his lips into a tight-lipped smile and rolled the dolly toward the front door, a squeaky wheel loudly protesting along the way.

He turned at the door and swallowed thickly. “Okay, sounds good then. Have a nice day.” He used his butt to push on the door, which didn’t budge, and quickly realized he had to pull to get out. With another tip of his hat, he flashed them a sheepish smile and stumbled outside.

                                                                           

“I’m sorry,” he said softly, unable to stop himself from reaching for her, needing to touch her just one more time.

She slapped his hands away like a child, retreating into the living room. “Get out!”

I always seem to be 'just starting out' with a new book every time Teaser Tuesday comes around.

Fate Interrupted is another ARC read and my opinion on this one is not yet clear. I've read reviews for this book and it seems others have enjoyed it.

What I don't like (even though I'm not far into it) is the fact that it's a little confusing still. The jump into the main character, Dean, is too quick for me. Like I'm just suppose to know what he's all about... and I really don't. Not yet anyway. I don't actually know what's really happening in the part where I'm at, at the moment, except that he seems to be a real player.

Accidentally, when selecting a snippet for Teaser Tuesday, I stumbled upon a section of the book I have not yet gotten to and I'm not going to lie here... I'm not impressed with what seems to be the turn of events. 

I'm posting this book as a TT, but at this point I don't think I'm actually going to go much further into this book right now. I do believe that I'll have to wait for the second one to be released before I continue with book #1. 

I don't want to be left high and dry when I get to the end. (Which is not looking like a HAE)

If this book interests you, it's $0.99 on Amazon right now. Get it while it's cheap, but I think I should warn you of what I noticed from my snippet search... it's not looking very pretty for Dean and Evy :(
